Q. SHOULD YOU REPAIR OR REPLACE AN OLD APPLIANCE?

A. A broken appliance in your house results in one of two choices. You can either schedule professional appliance repair to try to save money and keep on using your current stove, refrigerator, dishwasher or washer or dryer or replace the appliance with a brand new one.

Appliances come with an average lifetime. If the broken home appliance is in the earlier or middle stages of that lifetime, we suggest calling our appliance repair company. If the appliance is almost near the final part of its expected lifetime, we would then recommend replacing it with a new one if your budget allows.

These are the estimated lifetimes of every model of household appliances:

Dishwasher: 10 years
Washer: 11 years
Dryer: 14 years
Refrigerator: 15 years
Gas Ovens: 15 years
Electric Stove: 15 years
Freezer: 15 years

Q. DO YOU PROVIDE A WARRANTY OR GUARANTEE?

A. We do. Our appliance repair service includes a warranty on manufacturer replacement parts and labor. We use manufacturer appliance parts for GE, LG, Frigidaire, Kenmore, KitchenAid, Sub-Zero, Amana, Wolf, Whirlpool and several other common appliance brands to preserve the manufacturer’s warranty. Q. WILL YOU REPAIR MY BROKEN APPLIANCE ON YOUR FIRST APPOINTMENT?

A. In most cases. We stock all of our vans with 90% of the common manufacturer replacement appliance parts and all of the tools to complete our repair service. If we have to return at a later time to wrap up a repair, there won’t be an extra service fee. We estimate that we are able to complete over 95% of our appliance repair appointments on the first trip.

Q. WILL YOU CALL ME WHEN YOU ARE ON YOUR WAY?

A. Yes. We provide a 2-3 hour timeframe for our repairman to be at your house. We are aware of how important our customer’s time is and do our best to arrive during the earlier portion of the timeframe. That said, if an earlier appointment or repair lasts longer than thought it would, this allows the repairman some time to still arrive on time within the service window. We always call 15-20 minutes before their arrival for notice.
